In August 2014, the McGrath Family of Dealerships launched their very first Emerging Leaders Program. With the company quickly growing and the need for more management, the McGrath family immediately began building this program. There are four pillars to the Emerging Leaders program: Customer service, communication, corporate operations, and competitive greatness! It is astounding to know that almost all of our promotions at McGrath come from within the company!
The Emerging Leaders program reaches far beyond the pillars of the program. Employees throughout the company have a unique opportunity to get to create a great bond with their co-workers that might otherwise not have happened. This year has definitely been one to remember with a sudden change in plans due to Covid-19. The Emerging Leaders displayed their resiliency and leadership skills by finishing strong given the unexpected changes.
