Next up for our Emerging Leaders spotlight is Tyler Hedtke, an Service Advisor at McGrath Chevyland. This die-hard Packers fan grew up in Cedar Rapids and now lives in Marion with his wife and two adorable daughters.

Hear It From Tyler
First job: It was a lawn care job and I actually enjoyed it.
Hobbies: I love anything and everything sports. Besides being a die-hard Packers fan, I enjoy camping and boating. To sum it up, anything outside.
Before you die: I want to go scuba diving!
Surprising fact: I was a collegiate athlete and had a scholarship for baseball.
Accomplishment: My daughters. I am so blessed to have two amazing daughters. They make me want to be my absolute best.
Get Inspired
Admire: My father. He is always willing to help you and work until the job is finished.
Happiness: Seeing smiles on my daughters faces. If they are happy, I am happy.
Advice: My dad told me, “If you don’t have time to do it right now, when will you have time to come back and ix it?”
Why emerging leaders: I want to better myself as an employee and as a leader.
I hope to be the best I can be as an employee and then maybe as a manager, but also to transfer the things I learn here to my life at home.
