Last month the McGrath Women’s Network focused on spring cleaning and participated in the Iowa Women Lead Conference. This month it is all about may-ditation!
Let’s jump into meditation May! There are a lot of benefits that come from meditating, from becoming more focused, less worried, and more attentive to everything in life. It can be awkward of difficult to sit in silence as you being, but it is worth working through it to have a more peaceful life. You can find some great resources to help you get started as well as tips to help you get the most out of meditating.

McGrath women have the chance to attend a virtual CWC workshop called, “Harness the Power of Emotional Intelligence.” This will take place May 14th from 8am-10:30am.
