The 2016 GMC Sierra Denali Ultimate is more luxurious and has more capabilities than the Denali package.
It will only be available in the four-wheel-drive 1500 crew cab models with either a 5′ 8″ or 6′ 6″ bed.
The Sierra Denali Ultimate is equipped with a 6.2-liter V8 engine and eight-speed automatic powertrain that delivers 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque.
Standard exterior features include chrome-plated tow hooks, a spray-on bedliner, a new Denali-exclusive grille, high-performance LED headlamps with the GMC LED signature lighting accents and LED tail lamps and 22-inch aluminum wheels with chrome or black inserts.
The new standard Tri-Mode Power Steps automatically extend from underneath the truck to provide convenient access to the cab, and can move toward the rear to provide access to the front of the bed.
An integrated trailer brake controller allows the driver to adjust the output available to the electric trailer brake and manually apply the brakes. The Magnetic Ride Control makes the Sierra Denali Ultimate more responsive.
The eight-inch-diagonal Customizable Driver Display touchscreen with IntelliLink allows drivers to connect their smartphone to the system through Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. You can access navigation, audio, receive/make phone calls and send/receive text messages and more through the system.
Standard safety features include Lane Keep Assist and IntelliBeam automatic headlamp control.
Standard technology include OnStar 4G LTE Wi-Fi for up to seven devices, Bose Premium Sound System, wireless phone charging, remote vehicle starter system, remote keyless entry with remote locking tailgate, power adjustable pedals, power sliding rear window with defogger and a rear view camera.
The interior is furnished with a standard sunroof, aluminum trim, a heated steering wheel, leather seats and adjustable heated and ventilated front bucket seats.
