Jeep Wrangler 4×4 System
The Jeep Wrangler comes with three available 4×4 systems. The Command-Trac 4×4 system, Select-Trac Full-time 4×4 system, and the Rock-Trac 4×4 system. With the Command-Trac 4×4 system the front and rear axels are split 50/50 to assist tough traction. The Select-Trac Full-time system locks and uses continuous traction for snow, ice, rocks, or mud. Lastly, the Roc-Trac system uses a low gear to assist in crawling at a low speed.
Ford Bronco 4×4 System
The Ford Bronco has a 4×4 with part-time selectable engagement system and an advanced 4×4 with automatic on-demand engagement system. The part-time selectable engagement system is a two-speed transfer case that offers the driver three driving modes to choose from. The advance 4×4 system also features a two-speed transfer case except this one is an electromechanical transfer case that adds an automatic mode to choose from.
