Congratulations on being named the Spotlight Employee of the Week, Rick Miller! Enjoy some thoughts from Gavin McGrath regarding Rick’s performance here at McGrath Auto and read an exclusive interview with the man himself!
Message from Gavin McGrath

This is such a well-deserved honor for an excellent employee and person. Rick has been part of the used car sales department at Chevyland since 2001. Rick is currently ranked 3rd out of over 100 salespeople! He is on a streak of 21 consecutive months at 12 cars or better – which earns him Biggest, Baddest, Best status each month.
It’s not just the performance that makes Rick a standout employee; his loyal customer base is a true example of how well he takes care of his customers. You can always count on Rick to take care of someone from beginning through the delivery and with excellent follow up after the sale. It is his attention to detail and customer centered focus that has gotten him to where he is today. From beginning to end, he is genuine with his customers and they trust he will lead them in the right direction, because he does.
Since Rick has been in the car business for so many years, he serves as a mentor for up and coming salespeople in the company. He is a resource for anyone because of his experience and is always able and willing to help out. There are countless salespeople and managers that have learned something from Rick. He is the go-to person for an inspirational phrase to get the sales team pumped up for a big day. Here are some examples of his favorite quotes:
“Watch it happen or make it happen”
“We don’t hug ‘em before we go home at night”
“Take a checkup from the neck up before you take another up”
We all couldn’t be any more proud of Rick for his accomplishments and growth within this company. He is a true example of what it takes to be successful, and he lives it every day. We are honored to have him as an employee of Pat McGrath Chevyland and we wish him continued success for many years to come.
