The McGrath Family of Dealerships recently came together for our annual Family Field Day, hosted at the McGrath Amphitheater. It was a wonderful evening filled with laughter, connection, and celebration as dozens of McGrath team members and their families enjoyed time together outside of the workplace.
Guests of all ages took part in classic field games, enjoyed tasty food and sweet ice cream, and watched the kids have a blast in the inflatable bounce houses. The relaxed atmosphere provided the perfect opportunity for coworkers to get to know one another better, while also meeting the families who are such an important part of the McGrath community.
Events like Family Field Day highlight what makes McGrath special: not just the work we do, but the people who make it possible. By coming together, we strengthen our culture of teamwork, community, and support that extends well beyond the dealership walls.
