The new 2017 Chevrolet Bolt EV pure electric vehicle — whose concept was first seen at the 2015 North American International Auto Show in Detroit in January — debuted at the 2016 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in January.
The Consumer Electronics Show hosts the latest electronic technology trends. Automakers usually show off their advancements in smart devices and smartphone integration. However, this year, the electric Chevy Bolt EV will be unveiled at the event.
The new LG lithium-ion chem-supplied battery provides over 200 miles of all-electric range.
Eighty percent charge of the battery can be achieved in less than 45 minutes with the DC fast-charging capability.
The chassis features durable steel, aluminum, magnesium and carbon fiber.
With the Bolt Connect app and the automatic park-and-retrieval technology, drivers can exit the vehicle and have the car park itself. After the driver finishes running errands, they can have the car go to their location.
The full-length glass roof and wraparound rear windows allows plenty of natural light to enter the 
car.
The 2017 Bolt EV is equipped with lightweight aluminum wheels with clear inserts between the spokes. This gives the wheels a unique look, maximizes efficiency and reduces drag.
The interior features a contemporary, light color scheme. The center console appears to float with its slim architecture.
The interior features a large 10-inch diagonal touchscreen display.
The new 2017 Chevrolet Bolt EV is about the same size as the subcompact Chevy Trax crossover.
