Immediately upon entering the facility I was greeted, did a walk around of my vehicle, and then as per my wishes was escorted to the lounge where I waited and remotely worked on the free available Wi-Fi. I was provided an estimate of one hour to have my oil changes, tires rotated, and my 7,500 mile service performed. 58 minutes after entering the lounge my truck had its service completed.
