McGrath Performance Group met this Tuesday & Wednesday (Oct. 6 & 7)  at the Marriott in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, for their quarterly review meeting. All department heads and managers came together to talk about their past quarter, the ups, the downs and how they over came them.

The McGrath Way: Never Stop Learning

After their initial meeting back in May this year, this is the second time the McGrath Performance Group has met. It has been decided that because of the success it brings to the company’s communication it will be a quarterly occurrence.

This meeting is mediated and lead by Kevin Cunningham with NMC Associates. He inspires group conversations and problem-solving techniques to help McGrath grow. Another aspect Kevin contributes is a Benchmark Report, these essentially analyze a range of financial data from our company, and then compares them with other organizations and industry averages.

NMC Associates core values are integrity, service, growth, humility, and excellence. Those values really make them stand out as a company that McGrath wants on their team. NMC Associates has over 60 years experience in the Automotive world, they are also the originator of the Automotive 20 program that McGrath Auto has a few employees as members of that. Automotive 20 takes non-competitors in the auto industry from all over the nation and gather them to meet and talk about all the different experiences that have had and how they grew from the experience.

The next quarter brings a lot of growth for McGrath Automotive, and having a team-oriented mind set is only going to help us become a closer family!
