“Randy Sertle was absolutely great. He came upon our vehicle broken down on Highway 20. He stopped called a tow truck for us and the truck was towed away in a matter of 30 minutes. This was a Sunday so the dealership was closed. Randy literally bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. He expedited the servicing on Monday morning for the truck and was in contact with us frequently. He brought us fruit and coffee and was just very gracious in our time of need. “At the end of May this year we had a changed in the Service Manager position. With a lot of changes in personnel at our VW/HY of Dubuque location, Krista from day one came up everyday to help. She took it upon herself to train not only our receptionist, our part time filer, different advisors, and Ang with warranty. This was all done while juggling old service tickets and helping us get caught up on our VW warranty. Our VW techs are always asking, “is Krista coming today?” Although Kris is not based out of our Dubuque location, it never feels this way. We call/email her daily with questions, issues we might have, and she is always there for us. We believe she endures exceptional teamwork and leadership skills. Without her, we would have been in a world of trouble. Not to mention she was in the office on July 31st until 6pm helping tickets get closed out so we could break an all time record in Dubuque VW service department.
