A Message from Lindsay McGrath
JRO! Where do I start? Justin Rozinek is a huge asset to our company and we are very fortunate to have him. He started with us as a lot attendant back in 2000 and has grown into his position as our Inventory Manager for all 7 locations.
I don’t think many people know how he does what he does – he not only orders and tracks our entire new car inventory for the 4 franchise stores, but he manages to purchase and coordinate transportation for 250-350 used vehicles a month from all over the country! That’s nearly 4,000 vehicles a year!! JRO is a whiz at making sure he can buy our used cars for the best possible price so that we can pass on our savings to our customers!
Justin’s work ethic and passion for his job is unwavering and it truly an inspiration to all of our employees, including myself. It’s not unusual to receive an email from him on a Sunday, or even at 11:30 at night – he is constantly working and striving to improve our processes and inventory selection. Thank you, Justin, for all that you do!

My Mom and stepdad just recently moved to Oklahoma City where my sister Nicole also lives. She is due October 19 with her second child.
What do you like best about working for McGrath Auto?
I like many things about working for McGrath Auto, but I think the best thing is being able to work behind the scenes to help all departments improve sales.
What employee has had the largest impact on your career at McGrath Auto?
Most people will not remember this person, but a long time ago we had a Vice President named Ryan Kirkpatrick. When I was first starting out as a lot guy he recognized me and gave me the opportunity to grow and develop. I looked up to him and he is like a mentor to me.
If you could vacation anywhere in the world, where would you go?
I would love to visit as many places as I can. I have never been to any other continent and it is one of my goals to be able to travel to Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America.
What is the first vehicle you ever owned?
My first car was a 1992 Ford Escort 2dr LX. Its’ name was the “Pimpy Escort”. Since then I have owned many vehicles. My second car was a 1994 Chevy Camaro Z28, which I still own. I have had it for 14 years.
What motivates you?
I am motivated by seeing vehicles I purchase, sell. I am motivated when I am able to help someone or some department improve.
What is your most memorable experience at McGrath Auto?
My most memorable experience at McGrath is when I was recognized for the work I do and received the H.B. McGrath – The Skies the Limit award.
How long have you been with McGrath Family of Dealerships?
I have worked with McGrath for 13 years starting out as a lot attendant. I have also worked as the ordering/dealer trade person, accessories sales, and sales manager.
Explain, in your words, what you do on a daily basis?
I order new vehicles for all the stores except Kia. I track sales and dealer trades for all stores and use that information to assist in ordering. I purchase used cars from online auctions and sell vehicles at auction that do not pass through our safety inspection. I track used sales daily to watch for sales trends and hot vehicles so we can try and buy inventory that our customers are wanting.
If Pat McGrath were to walk in and say you can take any new vehicle that we sell, what would it be?
I would have to say a new Corvette. I love fast cars!
