In August 2014, the McGrath Family of Dealerships launched their very first Emerging Leaders Program. With the company quickly growing and the need for more management, the McGrath family immediately began building this program. There are four pillars to the Emerging Leaders program: Customer service, communication, corporate operations, and competitive greatness! It is astounding to know that 97% of promotions at McGrath come from within the company!
