Born: I was born in Quad Cities and currently live in Bettendorf.
Family/Pets: My significant other is Ally. I have a three year old daughter, Natalie and a 2 year old Blue Nose Pitbull, Gunner.
First job: I worked at Waterpark Car Wash. I hated it at the time, but it taught me how to detail and buff which is how I got started at the Harley Dealership fresh out of high school.
Career: My career in the powersports industry has covered pretty much all the bases. Everything from Porter to Department Manager. I LOVE this industry.
Why did you become an Emerging Leader: To learn how to lead with a purpose, add more tools to my belt, and help others around me become more successful.
Accomplishment: My life, I’ve been dealt some less than stellar hands and have come out on top more than most should.
Passion that fires you up: Harley Freakin’ Davidson
Person you admire: Zach, GM at McGrath Coralville Harley Davidson. He like me, came up on the service side of the business and has cross trained in all departments and now leads on fo the best dealerships around. I’ll get there one day.
Hobbies: Riding and building stuff.
Something you want to do before you die: To be able to say, “I made it.”
Something that would surprise others: I can throw down in the kitchen.
Personal motto: Ride fast, take chances.
Definition of happiness: Being able to keep a clear mind and attitude when life throws you curve balls.
Piece of advice: Only worry about things you can ccontrol.
What do you hope to achieve at McGrath: My fathers worked his butt off his whole life. He alwasys told me growing up, “Do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life.” Wherever my path in this orgranization leads, I want to make sure I get to stay this passionate about waht I do and never wake up thinking anything other than, “hell yea, I get to do this!”
