Greeting you with an opened door and firm handshake, Moe knows his stuff, especially when it comes to pre-owned imports sold at McGrath. He’s a BMW owner himself and speaks fondly about some of the intricacies offered by German engineering.

It had been 6 years since the customer drove a stick, but under Moe’s care, they were driving a five speed again like a seasoned pro.
Extremely helpful, Moe gets to know his customers like they’re an old friend. He followed the test drive in a no-pressure manner, working hard to deliver multiple options to his prospective buyer.

With the customer having to get back to work, Moe provided an “in and out” experience during credit application. Again, no pressure, no scare tactics…the entire thing took 45 minutes.

Throughout the process Moe treated the customer with respect, not just another sales target. While arranging the sale, Moe was open and honest with his new friend. Listening to their every need. He lent expert, insider advice, on the import taken for a test run.
