Last month, we focused on owning our present by looking at motivation and mindset. Motivation is the desire or willingness of someone to do something. Set goals and create healthy, positive habits that support that goal. It is all about how we handle stress and overcome limiting beliefs that we will be able to accomplish life goals.
Now that we have talked about the importance of nutrition and mindset, it is time to focus on fitness! It is important that you find a workout or movement that you enjoy doing because if you don’t we all know that it won’t become a habit.
The best part of this for us, Women of McGrath, is that we have access to our very own fitness center at a low price. We are also lucky to have them offer a variety of free classes with the membership.
Find a workout buddy, find a movement that you enjoy, keep making progress! This month we will be meeting will be at McGrath Buick GMC Conference Room at noon. Bring your lunch with you.
Also, since it is the end of the year and the end of the decade, it’s a good time to do a little brainstorming on our group and with our goals for 2020! Grab a coworker and join us for a fun meeting!
