Before we move on to the next month, we wanted to give a shout out to our 30 day challenge winner Lindsey Elam for giving up pasta for 30 days! In October we focus was nutrition and sleep to be healthy and strong. Just a friendly reminder that women should be getting 6-8 hours of sleep a night!
Moving on to November, we will continue to focus on owning your present by looking at motivation and mindset. Motivation is the desire or willingness of someone to do something. Set goals and create healthy, positive habits that support that goal.
We all deal with stress, but it is how you handle stress that puts you on the path to whether or not you will accomplish your life goals. We also all have limiting beliefs that we buy into based on our past experiences. The hold us from who we could be so we have to be mindful to recognize them and not buy into them anymore.
We can’t wait to get together and dive deeper into this topic at our next meeting will be on Friday, November 15th over the lunch hour 12-1pm. Bring a sack lunch and join us in the Buick Conference Room in Hiawatha. We hope to see you there!
