If you love American muscle cars that can handle Iowa’s slick winter roads Dodge has something in store. The Dodge Challenger GT rolling out in the first quarter of 2017 will feature all-wheel drive!
No longer will you have to store your prized vehicle from December to April. The Challenger is built to handle our weather conditions and is boosted by a 305 horsepower, 3.6 liter Penstar V6.
During regular driving conditions the Challenger directs all of its torque to the rear wheels and if things change…the front wheel jump into action for additional control. It will be interesting to take her for a test drive this winter in the Midwest. The sportiness of the Challenger GT is something we’re eager to see. In addition to a sport mode and launch control, Dodge’s dash display features vehicle data like 0-60 estimator, G-Force reader and lap time counter.
Dodge’s mission with the GT is to provide American muscle enthusiasts all weather driving confidence. The result is a unique combination of performance and handling not seen before in the segment.
