With the temperature warming up, we know that everyone is ready to get rid of all of the sand and ick that has built up over the winter. Right now, it is more important than ever to keep frequently touched surfaces clean.
Where do you start?
It can be overwhelming to clean your vehicle from top to bottom and some of you may do this at the car wash or some might start this process at home. First things first, take out all of the trash and bring the items you have been stashing and waiting to bring inside. Since the cold months are over and you might have stashed extra blankets, coats, gloves, etc. pull those out along with car seat covers and give them a good wash.
Scrub A Dub Dub
It’s no secret these days, disinfect wipes are hard to find. Don’t worry because regular hand soap or dish washing soap will do the job! So what do you scrub? From windows, to console, to steering wheel, scrub it down. Also, don’t forget the outside door handles. If you have kiddos, I am sure you have toys and books stuffed somewhere. Make sure you give those a good wipe down as well.
