At McGrath Auto, helping to build up and sustain a community that we are proud to belong to is always a priority, and we are always looking for new ways to give back! Teaming up with the Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Drive Center, we hosted our very first blood drive at Pat McGrath Chevyland in Cedar Rapids and we are pleased to announce it was a great success for the center and the company!
The mobile blood drive was held Tuesday, July 9th, and was met with a huge collection of McGrath employees in attendance! Through their generosity, the MVRBDC was able to collect 27 units of whole blood which will help 3 patients each, meaning the impact on our community is helping 81 local patients!
A huge thanks goes out to all who were able to donate. Patients and hospitals in our community rely on volunteer blood donors like you to help ensure an adequate supply of this critical, lifesaving resource. Your support is much appreciated!
