Congratulations to Victor Baccam, Addison Smith, Seth Pettit on achieving the Difference Maker of the Month Award! Every month, two company managers review all submissions from reviews, surveys and nominations that we receive to determine who will be awarded the “Difference Maker” of the month!
Dear Victor, Addison, and Seth (the three musketeers at GMC in Hiawatha).
The imaginary red carpet Victor unrolled as we entered your car dealership was warm, colorful, and inviting as if it was meant just for the Eicks. Our conversation began with Victor, who listened intently and respectfully to our dilemma. He made sure we were comfortable by offering us some coffee and water before he left to invoke a salesman. Next on the agenda was Addison, who approached us by introducing himself and do so with enormous dignity and respect; therefore, we were made to feel like family long before we had even engaged in any long conversations. Last, but not least, when the point of needing a financial officer presented itself, we were warmly greeted by Seth. He graciously invited us to his office to go over all the documents with depth and precision. He never skipped a beat.
Our decision to try another GMC dealership to find the 2019 GMC Denali Acadia that we wanted was met with great trepidation. Each one of you were professional in your listening skills, never casting judgement on any parties, and demonstrated real concern for us and to the best of your ability were going to help us drive off into the sunset with the automobile we wanted.
Addison, I would like you to pass on to your supervisor that you were truly instrumental in selling us a new car by doing one simple act of courtesy. When you met us for the first time on your prayer bones which by the way was paramount because Robert is an 81-year old disabled veteran, we witness a man of compassion and thoughtfulness towards the seniors. You exercised your professionalism to the point of excellence.
Seth, when the time came to draw up the finances for this transaction, you were forthright, knowledgeable, and did not waiver from the truth so we were fully aware of what and why we were asked to sign a ga-zillion pieces of paper. I made an observation of your positioning when we got tired that needs to be forwarded to your supervisor. When we grew weary, my dad was having a harder time hearing, you positions yourself closer to your desk and looked at him so he could read y our lips. You spoke to him directly. That was an amazing characteristic you demonstrated towards us. Your people skills were over the top as were the other two gentlemen, – Addison and Victor.
Victor, you were over the top in consideration for us and for only being there a short time, we found you to be knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and a man after my own heart that likes bread and angel food cake.
I am sending you-Victor, Addison, and Seth (the three musketeers) of GMC a standing ovation for a masterpiece of workmanship. I actually wrote this from a pew in the Basilica so maybe it is the Holy Spirit touching base with you gentlemen.
Each one of you were amazing to work with and you carved a special niche in our hearts. We will never forget your kindness and respect. Y ou make the world a better place.
