The weather may have gotten colder outside, but that didn’t stop us from having fun!
On the 2nd of November our Emerging Leaders group went to the Hawkeye Area Community Action Program, Inc. (HACAP) to box up and sort food for those in need. They also collected cans to donate. Between donating, boxing, and sorting, the Emerging Leaders put together 3,541 meals!
On the 28th, the Women of McGrath headed to NewBo City Market for a fun girl’s night! They spent the night making delicious appetizers and desserts while enjoying each other’s company!
On November 17th Gavin, Murphy, and Jaymie participated in the Lipsync for Learning event for the Cedar Rapids Community School District Foundation! They didn’t win, but they brought home the ‘People’s Choice’ award!
Congrats are in order for two of our team members this month! Raymond Liu and Jordan Paulson received promotions this month! Raymond Liu is now a Sales Manager at McGrath Ford Hyundai BMW and Jordan Paulson is the Aftermarket Coordinator at Pat McGrath Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Fiat!
Our November Difference Maker is Travis Cave, Kia Service Advisor!
“After trying to work with and help an upset customer, Travis took the situation into his own hands. He made some calls and eventually got Kia to cover the repairs for the customer. When Travis called the customer back she broke down in tears of happiness and had Jimmy Johns delivered that day to the service department. On Thanksgiving we were all able to celebrate the day with our families and friends. It was a fantastic holiday that was full of delicious food, laughs, and memories that will last forever.
