In 2025, McGrath Cares was proud to stand alongside our neighbors, partners, and local organizations to support families and strengthen communities across Iowa. Thanks to the generosity of our customers and the dedication of our employees, this year marked one of our most impactful yet.
Making a Difference for Local Families
Throughout 2025, McGrath Cares supported local families with over 13,500 supplies collected or donated through our community service drives and outreach events. From food and diapers to school supplies and toys, each initiative was focused on meeting real needs and lending a helping hand when it mattered most.

McGrath Cares Service Drives Highlights
Our service drives throughout the year addressed critical needs in our communities:
- February: Collected 917 pounds of food, equaling 1,118 meals for local families
- May: Donated 10,027 diapers to the Eastern Iowa Diaper Bank, helping keep 60 children dry throughout the month of June
- August: Provided 800+ school supplies to more than 90 students, helping them start the school year prepared and confident
- November: Donated approximately 900 meals to families in need during Thanksgiving as grocery costs continued to rise
- December: Collected 700 toys so local children could experience the joy of opening gifts during the holidays
