Volkswagen is now issuing a ‘Goodwill Package’ that contain a $500 Pre-paid Visa Gift Card, a $500 Volkswagen Dealership Gift Card, and 3 years extended 24-hour tow service on your affected TDI Volkswagen vehicle*.

VW has provided an easy-to-use website to look up if your vehicle is affected by the TDI Emission Issue. If your vehicle does qualify, there are a series of simple steps to follow to receive your Customer Loyalty Goodwill Package, the Graphic Diagram is below, click image to enlarge:
