Meet Emerging Leader Curt!
Curt works at McGrath Volkswagen of Marion and has been with the company for one year and 7 months. He is from Harper, IA and went to English Valleys High School in North English. Once he graduated from high school he went to Indian Hills Community College in Ottumwa. His favorite sports teams are the Pittsburgh Steelers, Pittsburgh Pirates, and Iowa Hawkeyes! (He doesn’t have any pets yet, but really wants to get a big dog soon!)

When he’s not working he’s watching WWE (huge wrestling fanatic), getting new tattoos (Fun Fact: He has over 10 tattoos, but they are all hidden), watching or attending any sporting event, hanging out with friends, playing video games, fantasy football, and grilling out while drinking some cold ones!
Curt wanted to become an Emerging Leader because it is a great opportunity to represent our company and he also wanted to better himself and become a better-rounded leader in general. This is something, whether it is at work with coworkers or at home with friends and family, in an every day environment that I can improve with.
Coach K from Duke University is a leader that Curt admires and looks up to. He said that Coach K carries himself very well and not only is a leader when it comes to coaching, but off the court too.
