Something you want to do before you die: My wife and I have a goal to go to Chernobyl in Ukraine.
Passion that gets you fired up: Smelling the fresh coffee that my wife makes for us and stretching.
Someone you admire: I admire my best friend Junior. Seeing the way he grew up and he went into the Marine Corps. Now having a little family of his own and now purchasing his own big home for his family to grow has pushed me to achieve that in my life.

Piece of advice for others: That no matter how bad things can be in life, there will always be good that follows. You may not see it at first, but once you see it grasp onto it so you never lose the good.
First job you had: My first job was working at Taco Bell at the age of 16.
Career at McGrath: I am really excited about it and what the future holds.
Why did you want to be an Emerging Leader: I wanted to because I pictured it really pushing me to be the best salesperson and husband I can be. As well as learning more about the things that I am capable of doing.
What do you hope to achieve at McGrath: My goal is to evetually take the job of the person who hired me “Shaun Ritchie.” Seeing how great of a person he is and how hard he works I want that, I want a piece of that.
