Meet Emerging Leader Keaton Williams! He is a Sales Consultant at Pat McGrath Chevyland and has been with us for two years!
He was born and raised in Ford Dodge, IA. Once he graduated from high school he attended college at the University of Iowa. In the spring spring of 2015 he graduated with a degree in Business Marketing. He is a big fan of Iowa football and Iowa wrestling. Keaton now lives on Lake MacBride in Solon!
He is passionate about the outdoors. When he’s not working in the spring and summer months he is active in competitive bass fishing. During the fall and winter he is an avid deer hunter and he focuses on the pursuit of large, record-breaking bucks.
Keaton wanted to become an Emerging Leader because he wanted to better influence those around him. He wants to be the best he can be and push others to be their very best!
Cory Clark, former Iowa Hawkeye wrestler, is someone that Keaton respects as a leader. Cory fought through adversity throughout his college career, but never gave up. He overcame every challenge on his way to becoming an NCAA National Champion.
One piece of advice that Keaton was given in life that he applies to his every day life is, ‘It’s not about how hard life hits you. It’s about how hard you can get hit and still get back up. Stay after it, stay focused, and do what God wants you to do”.
When asked who he would like to see participate in the next Emerging Leaders program Keaton said he would like to see team member JD Foss step up to the challenge.
