I wanted to reach out and let you know about an experience I had recently at the dealership. I brought our Honda in for an oil change and ran into issues with the hook latch and various other parts. While I was there, I worked with Tyler in the service department, Melissa in the the service department, and Ben Rusnak. Between the 3 of them, they took the greatest car of me and made sure that everything got handled that needed to so I could get the Honda back. Not only did they do that, but they also made it happen in an extremely timely manner. They went way above and beyond what I could have expected.
I know that I always get top notch service when I bring in any of our vehicles and that is why I come back to you guys every time and will continue to do so going forward. I honestly couldn’t have been happier with the experience that I had this week. With everything that has been going on, they truly made me feel a great relief!
