February 11th, 2016 marks the first Over the Top Award Ceremony for Pat McGrath Chevyland. This event shares with the entire company of Chevyland all the different co-workers who went above and beyond the call of duty to help take care of the customer.
From Service to Sales, each management member took the stage to share a story of each employee that shared a customers remarkable experience with Chevyland.
One story that really struck every one as a great representation of how McGrath Auto strives to take the best care for a customer, no matter what:
Gavin McGrath begins by explaining that Pat McGrath Chevyland helped McGrath Buick GMC Cadillac by sending them a part they were out of stock of for a customer that was in a desperate situation, she shares her story to us now:
“I cannot say enough on how everyone at McGrath’s are amazing!!! We traveled down for an overnight for our daughter’s competition when our Buick Enclave had engine problems late Friday night – literally lost complete power to the car. The McGrath’s went above and beyond – from fully understanding the predicament we were in (stranded) to immediately picking our car up in the morning – fixing it – and getting us to our daughters competition in time. My only regret is that these wonderful people are not in Minneapolis – Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of us and getting us to the competition on time and getting us back home safely.” –Mary Bennett.
