Meet Emerging Leader, Jordan Lass! He works at Pat McGrath Dodge Country as a Sales Manager.
Jordan grew up in Minnesota with one older brother. He then ventured to Iowa to attend Iowa State University where he met his new wife. They were married on the family farm in Mason City in September 2016. They currently have a family of pets, one cat, Dexter, and one dog, Dublin.
When he has time he loves going to Target Field to watch the Twins and visit old friends in Minnesota. Jordan also loves working on projects, so when he’s not playing with his dog he enjoys amateur gunsmithing.
He wanted to become an Emerging Leader to push himself and become the best he can be. The Emerging Leader program is one more tool he can use to be his best.
When it comes to leaders Jordan sees his father as a leader in his life. He said his father is a gentleman that truly brought himself from living in a rural small farm to the top of the corporate ladder. His father did all of this while still being a large part of his family and remaining humble.
“Listen, others are always smarter and have more experience. Listen to what they to have to say,” is a piece of advice that Jordan uses on a daily basis to help him with his career and every day life.
